UK Financial LTD Launches ERC-3643 Security Token SMPRA, Advancing Compliance and SEC-Ready Adoption

UK Financial LTD, the creator of the Maya Preferred Project, has unveiled an upgraded ecosystem with the launch of its preferred-class regulated security token, SMPRA. This marks the completion of a multi-phase restructuring strategy aimed at modernization, compliance readiness, and real-world asset integration.

The SMPRA token, with a total supply reduced by 88.5% to 23,000,000, features a capped public float of 1,000,000 tokens, ensuring no future increases. The restructuring delivers a ~770% increase in ownership value per token, with Retirement Plan Program recipients receiving wrapped tokens at a 400,000:1 ratio, amplifying long-term holder leverage.

Built under the ERC-3643 standard, SMPRA incorporates advanced regulatory controls, including KYC verification and whitelisting, positioning it as a SEC-ready asset. Verified contracts for compliance and identity registry are already live on Etherscan, underscoring the project's commitment to transparency.
